(d) Renewal of Driving Licence

1. The applicant shall apply in Form 9, (submitted with in 30 days of the validity of Licence) 2. Enclose Medical Certificate in Form 1 with pass port size photos -2 Nos. 3. Existing Driving Licence original. 4. Fees Rs.250/-.

• If the application is submitted after the expiry of the validity of Licence (including the grace period of 30 days after expiry) a penalty of Rs.100/- should be paid for belated renewal for the period of first one year after that penalty of Rs.50/- per year should be paid in addition to the above up-to 5 years
• If the belated submission is more than 5 years than the candidate shall follow the above procedure, enclose valid LLR and also pay Rs.50/- for each class of vehicles for test fees and under go for retest.

5. Candidate should report at camera room with the cash receipt to capture bio-metric of the applicant.
