RENEWAL OF PERMIT

A permit other than temporary permit or special permit issued for a period of five years may be renewed on an application made not less than 15 days before the date of its expiry.

1. Form P.R.A.

2. Fees 50% of the fees prescribed for grant of permit.

3. Vehicle Registration Certificate (R.C.)

4. Valide Insurance Certificate.

5. Permit Part – A or Part –B.

6. Financier NOC if any.

7. No disciplinary is pending case at the time of considering the application.
