SURRENDER OF PERMIT
The holder of permit may, at any time surrender the permit to the State Transport Authority by which it was granted and the State Transport Authority shall forthwith cancel any permit so surrendered.
1. Applicant shall apply in Form P.S.A
2. Fees Rs. 50/-
3. Part –A and B permits (Including renewal, transfer and replacement effect permits).
4. Vehicle Registration Certificate (R.C.)
