(Autorickshaw, T. Taxi, Maxi Cab, Omni Bus and South Zone T, Taxi)
1. Applicant shall apply in Form P.Co. C. A.
2. Proof for residence /Place of business
3. Declaration about the place of parking or parking place agreement with the premises owner (except Autorickshaw).
4. Facility to undertake minor repair either by own or contract with a reputed firm (workshop agreement)
