Procedure to be followed for obtaining I.D.P.:

Attested copy of the following documents.

(1)Indian Passport

(2)Driving Licence

(3)VISA

(4)Air Ticket

(5)Ration Card

(6)Elector's Photo I.D. Card

(7)Medical Fitness Certificate in Form 1 and 1A

(8)Licence Rules of the proposed country to visit

(9)Non-Conviction Certificate.

(10)Recent photograph of passport size-4

(11)Fees Rs.500/-

(12)The applicant will have to appear in person, along with all above said original documents.

(13)The applicant shall enclose self addressed stamp envelope of Rs. 12 or Rs. 25 (as applicable) for speed post delivery.
