A permit shall not be transferable from one person to another except with the permission of the Transport Authority which granted the permit and shall not, without such permission, operate to confer on any person to whom a vehicle covered by the permit is transferred any right in the manner authorized by the permit.

1. Applicant shall apply in Joint application.

2. Fees: The same fees prescribed for grant of permit.

3. The Transferee must be a resident of Pondicherry.

4. Solvency Certificate (Stage Carriage only) of Rs. 3,00,000.; in case of S.C. candidate Rs. 1, 00,000 should be produced..

5. Income – tax Clearance Certificate.

6. Parking Place Agreement.

7. Workshop Agreement.
