5.Declaration about the place of parking or parking place agreement with the premises owner.

6. Facility to undertake minor repair either by own or contract with a reputed firm (workshop agreement).

7. Proof for place of business.

8. Details for Number of employees working, etc.

Note: For SC applicants 25% concession on the above fee is allowed.
